健康のために魚が食べたい！！
悪玉コレステロール高めの私は青魚を多くとり健康増進を図りたい所…
そんなこんなで気になっていた定食屋さんに行ってきました。
高級そうなマンションの1階にあるせいか定食屋があるようには見えませんが大きい暖簾でアピールしてあります。
中はこんな感じですごく清潔感があります。
もともとここは平屋の寿司屋さんだったようでそこにマンションが建ったのでもしかしたら店のオーナーはその寿司屋の人なのかな…とか考えたり。
12時過ぎでまだ空席がありましたがその後どんどん人が入ってきて席は8割程埋まりました。
メニューはすっきりしていて見やすく選択しやすいですね。
実は私は生魚が苦手なので今回はそれを避けて注文。
鮭とから揚げ定食の鮭を鯖に変えてくれないかとお願いしたところ50円プラスでやってくれるそうなのでそれを注文しました。
来ました。おいしそう…
鯖はお頭付きで迫力満点、脂ものっていそう。から揚げが思った以上に大きいです。
ちなみに卓上にたくわんが置いてあり好きな量取って食べられます。
お味は…かなりおいしい！！キレイ目な定食屋さんだからフワッとしたお味が来るかと思いきやガツンと来るおいしさ。
焼き魚の書き加減、脂ののり、塩加減共に最高。臭みもなくおいしい鯖
から揚げは味濃いめ、カリッと衣の中はジューシー。しっかりと味が染み込んでいてご飯が進みます。
そばがついてくるのは謎ですがこちらも普通においしかったです。笑
みそ汁はわかめ、なめこ、油揚げ。王道でGOOD！！！
ご飯はやわらかめです。
こちらはお刺身。連れが頼みました。
これにご飯とお味噌汁、おそばがついています。
刺身は臭みもなくおいしかったそう。
どの定食もなかなかボリューミー且つ味付けがしっかりしているので食べ応えがあって大満足です。
から揚げ定食を隣の人が頼んでいましたがすごいボリュームでしたよ。から揚げ好きにはにはおすすめですね！
魚がコンスタントにおいしく食べられるところってなかなか少ないから重宝しそう。また行きます。
