今回は神楽坂のAKOMEYATOKYO in la kagu内にあるAKOMEYA食堂をレポしたいと思います！
AKOMEYATOKYO in la kaguとは2019年に閉店したla kaguの跡地にできた食品や雑貨を展開するライフスタイルショップです。
建物に入ってすぐ左手にAKOMEYA食堂を発見。
かなり広々としたスペースが取られておりすごく清潔感がありました。
12頃に入店し席の埋まりは2割程度。（値段を考えると頷けます）
メニュー表を見て驚愕。た・・・高い！！！
一番お手頃な定食でも1540円と周辺の定食屋に比べるとほぼ倍の料金！！
これは味に期待が膨らみます。
御膳のご飯は白米か十穀米を選べ、ご飯とみそ汁はおかわり自由です。
しかしまぁこんな高い値段設定なのに番号呼び出しセルフ配膳式。
少し不満を抱えつつもまぁコロナだしなぁ仕方ないのかなと思い注文を済ませ席に着きました。
お水もしっかりセルフ。ただ消毒液は置いてあるものの店員がこまめに消毒している姿がなかったので少し不安になりました。
待つこと10分程・・・
口頭での番号呼び出しを合図に食事を取りに行きました。
今回は仲間とのランチだったので肉豆腐は仲間のものを撮影させてもらいました。
お皿がすっごくかわいい♡小鉢の色どりも鮮やか、御膳が明るく食欲をそそります。
あんこがかかってるのかと思いましたがこれが糀醤油でした。
鯖自体には味が何もついておらずこの味噌をつけて頂きました。
鯖はふっくら、糀醤油との相性も抜群でご飯がめきめき進みます。やはり発酵食品を食べると体が元気になるのを食べている途中から実感できる気がします。
ちなみにご飯は羽窯でで炊かれていて日によってお米の品種が変わるんだとか。
米好きにはたまりませんね。
小鉢と漬物の味はまずまず。お魚の味が濃いめだから薄味でもちょうど良かったのですがご飯のおかずになるかと言われると無理があるかもしれません。
コロナ対策のためか割りばしでしたが、食器をここまでこだわっているなら通常営業の際はこだわりのお箸なのかなぁ・・・こういうちょっとお高いお店のやけに使いやすい箸が楽しみだったりするのでこんな妄想もしつつ完食。
とてもおいしかったです。主菜と主食には満足です。一品一品に手間がかけられているのが伝わってきました。
しかしいかんせん高額な上それに見合うリターンはないかと思います。接客も良いとは言えませんし直接的なサービスもほとんどありません。
食堂の外の店内には興味深いご飯のお供がたくさんあります。商品の８割が見たこともない興味深いものばかりですがなかなか試食なしに買う勇気は湧きにくいもの。
それらの試食がてら窯で炊いた白米を堪能できたら面白いし販促にもつながるしもっと満足感が高まるような気がするのですが・・・
また日を置いてみて何かシステムなど変わった様子があればレポしたいと思います！
